Role Description:
We have multiple fully remote, work-from-home projects with firms across the United States. Our clients are seeking TAS professionals with experience and interest in the following areas of accounting:
- Financial due diligence (buy-side or sell-side)
- Quality of Earnings Analysis
- Post-merger integrations
- Corporate Strategy and Deal Analysis
- M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) Taxes
Required experience:
- Previous experience in Transaction Services (TAS), including buy-side or sell-side financial due diligence.
- QofE (Quality of Earnings) experience preferred.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
- Previous Transaction Advisory experience (Required)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Previous experience in public accounting and/or at a consulting firm preferred
